Business Clients

A $200 deposit is required to make an appointment for an In-Person Meeting to discuss or prepare business Income tax returns, business start-ups, ongoing business concerns, tax or accounting concerns, payroll or sales tax and business licensing.

Deposit policy: the Deposit will be used towards the fee associated with the service. If no service is performed other than a consultation, the fee for consultations is the deposit amount. No Shows will not be refunded the deposit amount. Reschedules must be made by phone within 48 hours in order for the deposit to be honored.

PERSONAL TAX - Virtual Online / Phone Consultation

THIS SERVICE IS CURRENTLY FOR INDIVIDUAL TAX CLIENTS ONLY, NO BUSINESS TAXES, A $175 deposit is required to make an appointment to schedule a phone or online virtual consultation to discuss your tax or business needs. You will receive a zoom link to enter the meeting room by email. Chloe Banos-Fermin will be your primary tax advisor for this online meeting.
